Green Saber Partners, founded in May 2024 in Houston, Texas, is a diversified technology and operating company focused on delivering engineered power and energy infrastructure solutions across oil and gas, power generation, renewables, and construction industries. Formed through the consolidation of Industrious Energy Solutions in 2021 and Evos Technical Solutions in 2022, Green Saber Partners has grown rapidly through the launch of new operating entities in North America and strategic acquisitions in Latin America, including Partiluz and Ciea.

GSP Power Solutions serves as the flagship operating subsidiary of Green Saber Partners, dedicated to delivering end to end power generation and energy infrastructure solutions. Backed by GSP’s integrated expertise in design, fabrication, manufacturing, and field services, GSP Power Solutions provides turnkey systems including containerized power generation packages, custom skids, electrical enclosures, and switchgear. With a strong commitment to quality, reliability, and innovation, GSP Power Solutions is a trusted partner for industries worldwide requiring advanced, engineered solutions tailored to complex operational needs.

Our Leadership

Chris Harvell

President & CEO, Green Saber Partners, LP

Chris Harvell is the President, CEO, co-founder, and partner of Green Saber Partners (GSP). In his role as CEO, Chris leads the strategy and operations for the GSP group of companies. With a robust background in technology and global operations, Chris brings over 34 years of experience in various senior positions in manufacturing, distribution, engineering, research & development, business development & sales, supply chain, and information technology. Chris is a co-inventor on seven (7) US patents.

Prior to co-founding GSP, Chris spent twenty-three (23) years at Stewart & Stevenson, a leading manufacturer of industrial equipment for hydraulic fracturing, power generation, and power distribution systems for the global oil and gas, marine, mining, and construction industries. Stewart & Stevenson is a subsidiary of Kirby Corporation, a multi-national $ 3BN US company (NYSE: KEX).

Larry Brown

Chief Operating Officer, Green Saber Partners, LP

Larry Brown serves as Chief Operating Officer at Green Saber Partners (GSP), where he oversees operational strategy and execution across the GSP group of companies. With more than 24 years of experience in supply chain management, manufacturing, and distribution, Larry brings deep industry expertise and a results-driven approach to leadership.

Prior to joining GSP, Larry spent 18.5 years at UE Manufacturing and Stewart & Stevenson—subsidiaries of Kirby Corporation (NYSE: KEX), a multinational industrial company with revenues exceeding $3 billion. In these roles, he led operations for the design and production of industrial equipment supporting hydraulic fracturing, power generation, and distribution systems across the global oil & gas, marine, mining, and construction sectors.

Larry’s career spans key leadership roles in the On-Highway market and across North American supply chains, where he has consistently driven operational excellence, scalability, and innovation.

Daniel Carrijo

Chief Technology Officer, GSP Technologies

Dr. Daniel Carrijo is the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of GSP Technologies, part of the Green Saber Partners group. He leads engineering, product development, and research initiatives across electrical services, manufacturing, and power systems engineering.

With more than 20 years of experience in high-voltage and power-systems technology, Daniel has combined academic research with practical innovation to advance transformer monitoring, equipment diagnostics, and digital substation systems. Before founding GSP Technologies in the United States, he served as CTO at Treetech Tecnologia and later founded Phasor, a consultancy specializing in predictive maintenance and machine learning for high-voltage equipment.

Daniel holds a Doctorate and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from leading Brazilian universities, with research focused on intelligent systems and control analysis for fault detection. His work has been featured in international publications and collaborations that support the modernization of power and automation industries.
